Who We Are

EmployAbility Services is the Employment Division of Responding to Autism Services. While we specialize in supporting individuals with autism, we proudly serve people of all disabilities across Benton and Franklin Counties.

Our team has spent years building relationships with local employers, schools, and community partners to create real employment opportunities - not just placements. We believe in focusing on abilities, not limitations, and we believe businesses are stronger when they reflect the diversity of our community.
